MoatBreak is the service brand of Gritsa Technologies Ltd.

Gritsa Technologies Ltd is a UK data engineering consultancy with 19 years of enterprise delivery behind it, across healthcare supply chain, pharmaceutical and financial data systems. Regulated environments, real production estates, work that had to reconcile.

MoatBreak is what that experience turned into. We had spent years being called in after a platform decision had already hardened, and the pattern was always the same: the logic was trapped, nobody could price the alternative, and the renewal got signed. The parity harness came out of that work, because in the environments we operate in, “it looks about right” was never an acceptable answer.

Gritsa Technologies Ltd is the contracting entity on every engagement. MoatBreak is the service.

We are a new brand and we are not going to pretend otherwise. There are no customer logos on this page yet. Judge us on the method: the sample report, the coverage tiers, the parity harness and the terms we put in writing.

Service as Software, not another seat licence.

The last twenty years of enterprise software were built on a simple arrangement: you rent capability, and the value of what you build inside the vendor’s walls becomes the reason you cannot leave. That is SaaS 1.0. The moat is the business model.

Service as Software is the other arrangement. We use software to do the work: parsers, emitters, a parity harness, automation that would take a consultancy months by hand. But what you buy is a delivered outcome and a set of artefacts you own outright, not a seat you rent forever. The software is how we work. It is not what we sell you.

That is the only version of SaaS 2.0 we find useful: the leverage of software, without the moat.
