Full Migration and Validation
End to end delivery, with a diff report on every pipeline before cutover.
This is the option for estates where a wrong number is expensive. Rebate calculations that reach a supplier invoice. Revenue recognition that reaches a board pack. The kind of pipeline teams freeze on, because the risk of touching it feels higher than the cost of leaving it alone.
The answer to that fear is not reassurance, it is evidence. Every migrated pipeline runs side by side with its original through our parity harness, and your team signs off using your own numbers rather than our assurance.
What you get
Everything in assisted migration
The full conversion into SQL, dbt, and Airflow on your warehouse, phased by dependency order, with documentation and handover.
The parity harness on every pipeline
Each converted pipeline runs against the same inputs as the original. The harness compares output row by row and in aggregate, and produces a diff report per pipeline.
A cutover gate you control
Nothing is promoted until the diff report is clean and your team has signed it off. The gate is a sign-off, not a status update.
Cutover and stabilisation
Pipelines move on a schedule you set, with the originals available as a fallback during the stabilisation window. No big-bang weekend.
Optional managed run
If you want the new stack operated rather than handed over on day one, we can run it while your team ramps up, and hand it over when you are ready.
How it runs
- 1
Convert
The same transpiling and AI-assisted conversion as assisted migration, phased by dependency order.
- 2
Prove
Parity harness runs both versions against identical inputs, comparing row-level and aggregate output, and produces the diff.
- 3
Sign off
Your team reviews the diff report per pipeline. A pipeline moves only when its report is clean and signed.
- 4
Cut over and stabilise
Production traffic moves on your schedule, with the original available as a fallback until you are satisfied.
Is this the right step for you?
Good fit
- Business-critical pipelines where a wrong number has a financial consequence
- Regulated environments that need documented evidence of equivalence
- Teams who need finance or audit to sign off before anything moves
- Estates too large or too sensitive to validate by spot-checking
Probably not
- Small internal estates where the cost of proof exceeds the cost of a mistake
The other steps
Find out exactly what leaving would cost, before you commit to anything.
We convert the estate, your team stays in the driving seat.
Not sure which applies? Read how it works end to end, or check the questions we get asked.
Find out what leaving would actually cost.
The lock-in assessment is free, takes two weeks, and needs read access. You keep the report whether or not you migrate.
